First Time Home Buyers’ Percentage Fall Down

May 24, 2010 , Australia – According to the recently report that the end of the first home buyers, funding is responsible for a slow down in the housing market. The report stated that the percentage number of first home buyers in Western Australia has been decreased by more than half over the past year.

From the Real Estate Institute data that has been publicized stated that were smaller number than 1,000 first home buyers in April compared to more than 2,300 at the same time last year.

According to REIWA that the overall the market is stable however the sales in Perth fell by 15 per cent in April and they blame it because of the earlier interest rate increase and the end of the first home buyers grant.
