“It’s such a unique property and you don’t see lots of these properties available in and around Adelaide,” Fox Real Estate Agent Andrew Fox said.

The former owner was Anita Smith, widow of aviator Keith Smith and they sell it in the mid-1950s.

According to the Agent Judy Morris of Klemich Real Estate, said it was ordinary for houses for sale in North Adelaide to be Local Heritage planned for the reason that they are secured by the City Council.

“She said it attracted people to the area because the character and history of the suburb was retained. People don’t have the fear that people are going to move in and knock down the buildings next door. It adds value because it makes the area more attractive to people.” She said.
