une 10, 2010, Australia – According to the latest report regarding the house and land market stated that most of the public housing estates in 10 Sydney suburbs will be revived. Including on this remodeling are the demolished of the old buildings and then building of new roads. To those first-home buyers this will advertise and offer into the whole communities with discounts. From the public housing residents in the suburbs will be sent mail notifying them that their house and land packages have been allocated for the latest redevelopment under a plan that will receive $43 million in federal funding.
The federal Housing Minister, Tanya Plibersek, said, “no one would be asked to move immediately. She said the NSW Housing projects, to be announced today with the state’s Housing Minister, Frank Terenzini, are about long-term urban renewal of rundown estates.”
In accordance to the report the location that will be demolished and then redeveloped with $9 million from the Housing Affordability Fund are located in Glebe with almost 15 brick apartment buildings in Cowper Street. At the same time at south-western suburb of Claymore, known as the nation’s most resolute public housing estate, will accept $12.96 million in federal funds to rejuvenate their vacant land. At the same time with almost 1,280 new homes and 774 vacant lots that will sooner or later be offered for sale at Claymore, 380 will be sold at a discount to catch the attention of new residents to the said area.
