Victorians Get First Home Bonuses

July 5, 2010,  Victoria, Australia – From the recent report that has been released the first time home buyers from July 1 in Victoria Australia have recently have the ability to avail home business in the country when it comes to homes for sale. According to the report it came up to the amount up to $20,000 for newly constructed homes in Melbourne and $26,500 in regional Victoria. In accordance to the statement showed and released by the Treasurer John Lenders stated that the increase in regards with their first home payments will definitely would help young Victorian families buy their own home. It has been said that it creates over 24,000 Victorian jobs over the next 12 months with the help of this said bonuses.
Our even more generous first home bonuses will help our construction industry stay strong, creating thousands of jobs for Victorian builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and other tradespeople,” Mr Lenders said.

From July 1 over 31,000 Victorian businesses would ceratinly avail and pay for the lowest interest rates in regards with their payroll taxes for 35 years thanks to a $193 million payroll tax cut announced in the 2010 State Budget. This according to the statement released by Mr. Lenders, as he added that they also need to cut the charge of payroll tax from 4.95 per cent to 4.9 per cent to help out Victorian business capitalise on the international improvement from the Global Financial Crisis. However he also added that not all news was good for people and homeowners in Victoria as it marked 10 years since John Howard introduced his GST system. Mr Lenders alleged as up to that time broadcasted the government’s cost and fines would subsist indexed by 2.25 per cent which is lower than the most recent once a year level of inflation in Melbourne of 2.8 per cent.
