Recently, the market has its ups and downs which resulted from different catastrophes and other reasons which affected the buyers and the market. It is a great struggle for both parties to be able to stand back on their feet. The Australian economy has very well bloomed for the last few months despite the global financial crisis. Despite the calamities which struck the locality, still these have not affected the economy. Australia still stood upright amidst the trials that hit the economy. It still continued to communicate and deal with the world. It still showed good potential regarding doing financial deals abroad. It has showed growth in terms of its infrastructures. New developments and businesses still arise. The building industry still continued to construct new houses. New home designs, new house plans have been made; thus, Australian houses are still for sale. But these new homes for sale in Australia are noted to be a bit high-priced as compared to other markets in the world.

House and land packages are the new trend in acquiring a land and a house nowadays. It may come as a total when a developer owns the land while a developer will market the house and land package within that that housing project. There may also be situations when you can buy the land from a developer or builder and still get the builder of your choice.
It is important to seek legal advice first before getting into any deals. House and land packages are at times offered with a pre-planned home design by the builder to go well with the size, shape and orientation of the building block.
